Industry & Trading

Since long, trade and industry in the municipality has been dominated by forest industry - pulp and paper production. The biggest employer is Gruvöns Bruk, part of Billerud AB.The municipality works together with the local industries actively to market Grums as an interesting place of establishment. The aim is to make trade and industry more differentiated and get a continuous positive development of the municipality - beneficial for people living and working here.
